Katie H. Zajac

O.D., F.A.A.O.

Originally from Rochester, NY, Dr. Hastings Zajac first moved to Ohio to earn her Bachelor’s Degree at John Carroll University. Her optometric education brought her to Chicago for four years, after which she returned to Cleveland to pursue additional training in ocular disease.  Her non-eyecare interests include golf, fitness, and travel.

Married with 2 children, Dr. Zajac enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with her family.
 

Specialties:

  • Comprehensive eye care, including the evaluation and treatment of glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, and red eye
  • Contact lens evaluation and fitting, including hard-to-fit and atypical cases
  • Pre- and post-surgical care of cataracts and glaucoma
  • LASIK evaluations and post-surgical refractive eye care
