The Dr and people at the front desk/scheduling were fine, but as soon as I was called back I could tell the person was obviously irritated and annoyed. I was spoken over a few times in an impatient attempt to get their part of the appointment over with and was made to feel like the reason I was there was trivial. Maybe they were having a bad day or something. This is the first review I’ve ever given anything, but the attitude left a bad enough impression I felt the need to.

Dr D, was great. The staff though needs a lot of work. The scheduling process was terrible with not returning calls and miss information. The surgery center was frustrating because of misinformation also. The nurse who called me before my surgery told me I would have iv meds for relaxation and that was not the case the day of my surgery. I had a lot of anxiety and they were not accommodating. I did get a valuim but it didn't do anything to make me relax. The surgery itself was painless but it's a very stressful feeling when your eye is being worked on

This is the 4th time I have been to the Kent offices in 3 weeks. Each time I have been treated with kindness! The doctors have been thorough and explained every part of the examination to me. They each explain what future treatment will be depending on my healing progress.
Sincerely,

Worst exam & glasses ever. After exam I ordered glasses. When they came in, I couldn't see anything. Left eye not lined up properly. When the new pair arrived, I still couldn't see properly. Prescription was wrong. Couldn't get retested at that location for three months. Had to travel to Akron. If the insurance and co-pay hadn't been paid, I would have went elsewhere.

Update; I have been contacted by the staff and an appointment was made at the Kent office. I have been retested and am waiting for glasses. Everyone has been very cooperative about getting the problem corrected.

Final update. I got my new glasses today and I'm very happy with them. Everyone was extremely helpful.

I had a 915 appointment. Waiting over 25 minutes for the Dr to come in. He was very rude. I knew that I needed an eye procedure done and the guy told him it would be about a 45 minute to an hour wait, which I told him I couldn't wait and he said they would call. This was 4 weeks ago. I called last week and was placed on hold for 26 minutes until I finally hung up. I guess they don't my business. My family and I will be going elsewhere.
